Ongoing Roof Care Plans for Treated Lakeland Roofs
A treated roof does best when someone keeps an eye on it. A plan puts the check-ups on our calendar instead of yours, and the second treatment happens when the roof is ready for it.

Looking after a treated roof
Treatment gives dry shingles a fresh start, but Florida sun does not take a break afterward. The roofs that get the most from rejuvenation are the ones someone revisits at sensible intervals, so that any drying, loose fittings or regrowth gets noticed early and the next treatment lands at the right moment.
That is what a plan is for. We agree a rhythm with you, ring when a visit is coming up, and give you an honest read each time. Most visits end with nothing more than a note and the next date. When the shingles do start to dry out again, we book the second treatment for a dry spell.
The plan in practice
Set the rhythm
Once the first treatment is done, we choose a check-up interval based on how much sun and shade your roof gets.
Visit and compare
Each visit is brief: we look at the same things as last time and tell you what, if anything, has changed.
Treat again when ready
When the checks show drying, the second treatment is booked for a settled stretch of weather.
Typically part of a plan
No two plans are identical, though these items turn up in nearly all of them.
- A visit rhythm agreed when the plan begins.
- A phone call ahead of each visit so you are never surprised.
- Flex and grit checks measured against the last visit.
- Fittings around vents, walls and chimneys checked for movement.
- A word on whether algae is creeping back and a wash would help.
- A straight view on whether the second treatment is due yet.
- First pick of dates for treatment during the dry months.
- A short note after each visit for your records.
Makes sense for
- Roofs we have already rejuvenated
- Owners planning to stay several more years
- Landlords and associations looking after more than one roof
Probably unnecessary for
- Roofs close to replacement anyway
- Recently installed roofs with plenty of oil left
- A home sold soon after a one-off treatment
What owners like about it
Treatment at the right time
Not so early that money is wasted, not so late that the shingles lose ground.
Little things caught early
A loose vent cover spotted on a visit is fixed before it ever lets water in.
A paper trail
The visit notes are handy when renewing insurance or selling.
Questions we hear
Can I pause or end the plan?
Of course. Ring us and we will change the rhythm or stop it altogether.
Will every visit end in a treatment?
No. If the shingles are holding up, the visit ends with a note and the date of the next one.
Goes well with
- Asphalt Shingle Roof RejuvenationOur main treatment, sprayed onto sun-dried asphalt so tired, stiff shingles loosen up again and keep their protective grit longer.
- Pre-Treatment Roof Tune-UpSmall repairs done ahead of treatment: nails that have crept up, tabs that have come loose and pipe boots or flashing past their best.
- Commercial & HOA Roof RejuvenationFor boards and managers with many shingle roofs: a survey of each building, a phased plan and treatment days that respect residents.
Hand us the reminders
Ask about a plan when we assess or treat your roof and we will set one up around it.
