Why tile gets different care
Tile and asphalt grow old in very different ways. Tile has no oils to lose, so a rejuvenator has nothing to do there. What tile does do, concrete tile especially, is become more porous with age. It soaks up rain and humidity, and that dampness feeds algae and mildew while slowly wearing away the surface finish.
Our tile service tackles that. The roof is cleaned gently, with no pressure strong enough to crack a tile or push water underneath. Once it has dried thoroughly, a clear protective coat goes on to make the surface less absorbent and slower to stain.

We walk the roof looking for cracked or slipped tiles and set up protection for planting, screens and the pool deck.
Clean and wait
The tile is cleaned gently and then left until it is completely dry, which matters for the coating.
Coat and tidy
The clear protective coat is applied evenly, then the yard and pool area are rinsed and tidied.
